Payments

Payments may fail for various reasons:

– The card information you entered, such as your account address, CVC code or expiry date, does not match.

– The payment was made from a new computer/phone

– Insufficient funds on your debit card.

– Online payment is disabled.

We suggest you contact your bank to check the specific reasons. If the problem persists, you may choose to use another card or payment method. If card payment is not accepted, you can try to pay using PayPal.

Alternatively, you can contact us if you are still experiencing problems with your payment and we will do our best to help.

No, our customers do not have to pay customs fees. We declare the taxes at customs, so our customers do not have to. You can rest assured that there are no hidden taxes or fees that will be charged when you place your order!

Shipping issues

The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen and the delivery address. We do our best to deliver every order as early as possible.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation email and tracking number within 24 hours. We send all our orders with tracking numbers so that our customers can always track the location of their shipment.

Delivery address – have you entered the delivery address correctly? Orders are delivered to the address you entered on your order.

HiCA will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by bad weather or any other “acts of God”. Although we are proud of our products, we have no control over transit times and we sincerely ask for your patience in the event of shipping delays.

Local orders, delivered within 3-5 days.

International orders, delivered by express delivery, may take 5 to 15 working days. Sometimes there may be customs delays, so you may have to wait a few more days. Delivery may take longer on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If you do not receive your goods for more than 4 weeks, please contact us via the enquiry page. We will inform you personally.

Product instructions

It is recommended to use as soon as possible after opening and within a maximum of 6 months.

The formulation has been developed with Japanese skin, which is sensitive to irritation, and has therefore been tested for skin tightening in Japanese with sensitive skin (this does not mean that irritation does not occur in all people). If you are worried about irritation, try a small amount. If any abnormalities such as redness or irritation occur during use, discontinue use.
