In these Terms, HiCA will be referred to as “HiCA”, “we” or “us”. By using or accessing the Services (even by simply browsing our website), you agree to be bound by all of the Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms, do not use the Services.

USE OF THE SERVICES

Eligibility.

We only allow individuals who are at least 13 years of age and can enter into legally binding contracts with us to use the Services, provide any personal information to HiCA, or otherwise provide personal information through the Services. Your use of the Services means that you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms, so please provide accurate information about yourself. HiCA may still refuse to allow certain people to access or use the Services. HiCA may also change its eligibility criteria. In addition, we offer the Services only for your personal use and not to any third party.

You must be at least 13 years of age. No exceptions. Use HiCA as much as you like, but you are not permitted to resell products purchased or other information obtained through the Services.

Most HiCA Services can be operated without creating a user account (“Account”).
