Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and always endeavour to carry out quality checks on all orders before they are dispatched. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and if you feel you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the item, please let us know.
Simply send an email to info@hica.lt within 14 days of receiving your item and we will help you start the refund process. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and inform you that we have received your returned item. Once we have inspected the item, we will inform you immediately of the status of the return. If your return is approved, we will start refunding you according to your original payment method. Depending on the policy of the original payment method, you will receive your refund within a few working days.
Please note that all return shipping fees are paid by the customer and we must successfully receive the return to verify the status and condition of the returned item. All shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not provide a return label.
